SAMANTHA BOURDON
Studio Manager
Sam is a Studio Manager, Interior Designer, and Project Manager with an international background spanning residential architecture, hospitality design, and large-scale event production.
Originally from Canada and now based in Australia, she brings a vibrant mix of creativity, organisation, and energy to the Elevation team.
Sam began her career in residential interior design at John Henshaw Architecture before moving into a dual Interior Designer and Project Manager role with Earls Kitchen + Bar, delivering high-end environments across 60+ national locations. She later joined BaAM Productions, where she delivered large-scale event infrastructure for major global events including the NHL, MLB, NFL, and TwitchCon, earning a reputation for her calm, solutions-focused approach to high-pressure project delivery.
Outside of the studio, Sam enjoys scuba diving, hiking, snowboarding, and painting, and shares her life with her two dogs, Charlie and Benny.
