ERIN ADAMS

Erin recently joined the Elevation team in 2025 after jumping over the ditch from Taranaki, New Zealand. She is a Bachelor of Architectural Studies graduate from the Victoria University of Wellington and has since gained three years of work experience.

Her interest in architecture began from a young age, judging houses from the back seat as she drove past them. Since venturing her way into the industry, she has grown to love the relationship between people and architecture, seeing buildings as more than structures. Spaces can shape lives, reflect culture, and foster connection. Her work is driven by a passion for thoughtful, functional design that enhances both community and well-being.

With plans of working towards registration, Erin is eager to gain new experiences and perspectives across a variety of projects and continue learning from the talented team around her.

Outside of work, she enjoys releasing some steam at the gym and anything to do with being outdoors. She is also a big giver, whether it is handmade gifts, cooking for her family or baking someone a sweet treat for their birthday. Any opportunity to brighten someone's day is what fills her cup.
