MSJA LAWYERS

Inspired Built approached Elevation to design the fit out of MSJA Lawyers’ new premises on Eagle Street. The design retained portions of the existing interior elements to minimise waste, and to ensure the new work tied in well. We increased the capacity of the office by introducing additional desks to the open office areas for paralegals and assistants, and maximised storage for paperwork. Enclosing the perimeter offices improved acoustic separation, while still promoting a sense of openness between the private offices and the central open office space. The staff now have a new large, open kitchen and break-out area. By removing some of the previous partition walls, we provided an open café and dining area with breathtaking views of the Story Bridge and Brisbane River.
