ALICE ON THE PARK APARTMENTS

Alice Street Multi-Unit Development is a seven-storey building, plus basement car park with secure entry. The 46 units are a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments with large balconies, and the functional rooftop terrace has uncompromised views. As part of the brief, the client wanted Elevation to optimise the number of apartments in the building, while maximising construction efficiency and minimising construction waste. We designed a triangular-shaped corner block with an economical built form and attractive street appeal. During development approval, our plot ratio increased, allowing for more units in the building.
