SORANO HOUSE

Following our recent merger with the Ferro Chow team, we are proud to showcase Sorano House, a project that reflects the calibre of luxury residential expertise now embedded within Elevation Architecture. Sorano House is a boutique development comprising seven full-floor residences on the Kangaroo Point riverfront. Positioned within a quiet cul-de-sac along the Brisbane River, the nine-storey building commands uninterrupted views of the river, city skyline and Story Bridge, a rare and enduring inner-city frontage. The original development approval for the exterior form was established in 2019. The façade and external elements were subsequently refined and technically redeveloped through extensive collaboration and prototyping to achieve a buildable, high-performance outcome. Each 350sqm residence is accessed via private lift entry, delivering security and arrival into a private retreat. Generous floorplates allow for expansive living zones with panoramic outlooks and seamless indoor–outdoor connection, reinforcing inner-city living at house-like proportions. Internally, the residences designed by Ferro Chow, with a focus on spatial clarity, material richness and long-term value. A curated palette of natural stone, oak flooring, timber veneers and Venetian plaster establishes warmth and permanence. Feature elements, including bespoke fireplaces and Himalayan salt brick detailing, introduce texture and depth. Private resident amenities include a boutique gym, Himalayan salt sauna, horizon-edge pool with alfresco, and a private dining room activating the ground level against the public realm. Sorano House represents a maturation of Brisbane’s prestige apartment market, where location, considered interior design and refined materiality define a more enduring standard of luxury living.
