The 120-suite residence is nestled within the established suburb of Aranda, designed to offer residents privacy, comfort, and a sense of belonging within a high-quality, contemporary setting. Elevation Architecture’s design creates a strong visual and physical connection to the local landscape. The building’s wings are arranged around landscaped courtyards, ensuring every suite enjoys access to natural light and fresh air. Warm, tactile materials soften the scale of the development, while large, glazed openings and generous balconies invite light deep into the interiors. Communal amenities including a café, theatre, hair salon, wellness room, and private dining spaces are positioned to foster interaction and independence, supporting Arcare’s Relationship-First model of care. Careful attention to orientation and climatic response ensures year-round comfort within Canberra’s seasonal extremes. Currently under construction, Arcare Aranda is designed to become a cornerstone of Arcare’s ACT presence and a benchmark for aged care environments that feel personal, connected, and timeless.
