JY RALEIGH

Jy is studying his Bachelor of Architectural Design at QUT, drawn to the path by a drive to leave a lasting impact on the world alongside a childhood love of art and design.

He has a growing interest in education and healthcare architecture, with hand sketching his strongest skill. Driven by architecture's ability to better the everyday lives of the people who use it, Jy is excited to work on projects that build community and create spaces for care, learning and connection.

Outside the studio, Jy loves to draw, paint, sculpt, basically anything that gets his hands dirty. He's also a dedicated animal lover, with a dog, bird, lizard and turtle waiting for him at home.
