Little Street Unit Development

The Little Street Apartments features 12 high end units over six storeys.

Little street is a project which pushed the boundaries of both architecture and town planning.

The site was 642m2 and located on one side of a hill in Albion, which was elevated and featured clear views as there were no buildings blocking them. Despite the site not being of a rectangular in shape, the design used all space to maximum potential. The 18.5 metre frontage enabled various apartments to capture the breathtaking views towards Brisbane City.

The client brief was for an upmarket modern product which, given its premium location, is to suit owner occupiers with larger than normal floor areas. Fantastic city views will be enjoyed by the occupants on the sixth storey roof podium, which features an inviting and large communal area.

Both clients involved in the project were very pleased with the result.

This project features 45 units over six storeys in addition to a basement car park for secure entry. Units feature either a 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom option with large balconies and a functional rooftop terrace with uncompromised views.

Elevation have been engaged from project conception through to construction, including marketing and design phases.

Baldwin Street Duplex

The project brief for the Baldwin Street Duplex was to demolish an old, aged duplex and replace it with a modern, beach style duplex with open plan living. They wanted split level, 3 bedroom residences that would encourage light, ventilation and space. Construction of this project was completed in 2017.

The clients were very pleased with the completed project.

Grayson Street is an upmarket SUD development situated in the suburb of Morningside of 4 SUDs over a land area of 506m2. The clients brief was to have a modern interpretation of the traditional building character overlay.

The open plan dwelling captures a vast amount of light and views. The challenge for this site was designing the dwellings over a steep slope and having the driveways not only be visually appealing, but be functional for the occupants. Construction of this project was complete in 2016.
