Multinail Office Development
Multinail was a proposal for a 2000m2 commercial office building located in Stapylton, south of Brisbane. Elevation Architecture were engaged to develop concept designs for both the external facade treatment and internal fit-out design. The client’s brief was to develop a high quality, rational work environment for staff and prospective clients to utilise. Elevation Architecture have delivered this via considered planning, detailed modelling and visualisation. Construction was completed in 2017.
Bold builds beautiful homes that bring your dreams to life, creating a place you and your family will love. Every Bold home makes a unique statement. It came as no surprise that Brett, the owner of Bold, desired the same qualities plus more for his new office building. “Success will be achieved if the building reflects the outside the square thinking, attention to detail, flexibility and quality we incorporate in our homes”.
We have successfully produced a building to showcase their homes.

Perfect Potions Warehouse / Office
An expanding business, Perfect Potion had quickly outgrown it’s former premise, overflowing into neighbouring warehouses and creating major inefficiencies in its operation. This project was developed to consolidate all the business’s operations into a single facility; including an office wing to house all administrative functions as well as a connecting warehouse facility for the manufacture and storage of their products. Externally, the design features a colour palette selected to promote Perfect Potion’s corporate identity in addition to providing an inviting interface to the public.
Elevation Architecture were engaged to design a Contemporary Warehouse / Office building incorporating innovative and raw materials. Our client had a simple request – “I want an eye-catching building that would assist in obtaining long term tenants”.
This building is a great example of the client, architect / consultant team and builder all working collaboratively to demonstrate that a warehouse building can have presence.

ACD Warehouse / Office
Contemporary Warehouse / Office building incorporating innovative materials and incorporating raw materials. Jason of Air Conditioning Direct had a simple request – “I want a bold building that embraces innovation, sustainability and the use of raw materials”, and of course it had to come in on budget. The result saw Kingspan used as an external cladding in ACD blue with vertical aero louvre fins to break up concrete tilt up walls. The 6-metre-wide warehouse roof overhangs adds to the drama.
Internally the mix of polished concrete floors, clear finished tilt up walls, clear finished brick and expressed services are softened with the subtle uses of timber. This building is a great example of the client, architect / consultant team and builder all working collaboratively to demonstrate that a warehouse building can have presence.

Brandl Street Refurbishment
Elevation Architecture was engaged to design and document renovations to the Brandl Street Office Development. We worked with a limited budget and tight time frame to update the office facility into a contemporary and attractive space. Our response involved cost-effective changes to modernise the building’s external facade, as well as internal changes focusing on the dark, sterile and uninviting foyer space.
Timber battens, new floor finishes, new LED lighting, decorative screening and a hidden kitchenette have been used to create an expanded and attractive foyer. Externally, bright colours, intricate screening and contemporary signage help the building to stand out in its business park precinct. Our work has been instrumental in attracting new tenants to the property, with the building now fully occupied.
